Why An Infrared Inspection Matters
Some building concerns leave temperature clues before they become obvious to the eye. When conditions are right, infrared imaging can help us locate unusual surface-temperature patterns associated with moisture, missing insulation, air leakage, electrical heating, or HVAC performance concerns that deserve a closer look.
What We Inspect

Exterior and interior building-envelope surfaces where temperature differences are meaningful

Walls, ceilings, floors, attics, and areas around windows, doors, and penetrations

Suspected moisture locations in combination with visual observations and other tools

Insulation irregularities and possible air-leakage patterns

Electrical panels or components when accessible and safe to evaluate

Good to know: Infrared is helpful, but it is not X-ray vision. A temperature difference is a clue, not proof of a hidden defect, and conditions can affect what the camera shows.
