With over 20 years of hands-on experience in the building trades, I bring a deep understanding of both residential and commercial construction to every inspection. My background allows me to identify not only what’s visible on the surface, but also potential issues behind the scenes—helping you make informed decisions with confidence.
I am a Licensed Builder in the state of Michigan and a Certified Professional Home Inspector through InterNACHI. My training, combined with real-world experience, allows me to approach each property with a practical, detail-oriented mindset. Throughout my career, I’ve worked on full-scale restaurant and retail builds both locally and nationwide, as well as high-end residential construction and remodeling projects. In addition to hands-on work, I’ve held roles involving project coordination and oversight, ensuring quality, consistency, and attention to detail from start to finish. This combination of field experience and management perspective provides a well-rounded understanding of how buildings are designed, constructed, and maintained.
