A CONNECTED VIEW OF THE PROPERTY
What we inspect—from roof to foundation.
A full home inspection evaluates the major readily accessible systems and components, documents visible conditions, and turns those observations into understandable information.
COMPREHENSIVE, NOT INVASIVE
A careful visual inspection of accessible areas.
The inspection follows recognized professional standards while staying grounded in the specific property in front of us.
Systems are not isolated. Drainage can affect the foundation. Roofing and ventilation can affect the attic. Plumbing and exterior conditions can reveal moisture patterns. Casey looks at both the components and the relationships between them.

THE RIGHT EXPECTATIONS
What an inspection does—and does not—do.
An inspection is a non-invasive visual evaluation of readily accessible conditions on the day of the inspection. It does not predict every future failure, expose concealed construction, provide an appraisal, or guarantee code compliance. When a condition calls for specialist evaluation, the report will say so clearly.
