As a Licensed Builder in the State of Michigan and an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector, I have a practical understanding of how residential and commercial properties are built, maintained, repaired, and improved over time.

 

Throughout my career, I have worked alongside professionals from nearly every building trade, including carpenters, electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, painters, roofers, and flooring specialists. That experience has helped me develop a trained eye and a detail-oriented approach that allows me to identify concerns that might otherwise be overlooked.
